Three-level villa with five suites and an infinity pool above the sea in Joá

This villa in Joá stands inside a gated community with 24-hour guards and a private patrol. The house has about 800 m² of built area spread over three levels, linked by an internal elevator, with five suites and eight bathrooms.

The main level is given over to living and entertaining. An open living room joins a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, and a vertical garden brings greenery into the clean, contemporary lines of the house. The five suites are on the lower levels, and each one faces the ocean. The master suite has its own terrace with a sea view.

Outside there is an infinity pool with an integrated spa, along with a sauna and a gourmet area for cooking and hosting. Indoors there is a home theatre, a gym, a home office and a games room. The house is automated and furnished, with air conditioning, a garage, staff quarters, a laundry room and storage.

The villa has also been set up to host events, from photo and video shoots and corporate retreats to small weddings and private dinners, with space for as many as 70 guests. São Conrado is about ten minutes away. It suits a buyer who wants a private family home by the ocean with room to entertain on a large scale.
