1. The service

BrazilKeys is a free classifieds platform and an information guide. Owners and licensed brokers publish properties for sale in Brazil; buyers contact them directly. BrazilKeys is not a real estate brokerage, does not intermediate, negotiate or close sales, charges no commission and handles no payments. Nothing here is legal, tax or investment advice. Brazilian law (Lei 6.530/1978) reserves brokerage to CRECI-registered professionals; brokers who list here act under their own registration.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older. You sign in with a link sent to your email; keep that inbox safe. One account per person or company. We may close accounts that break these terms or the Listing Rules.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give BrazilKeys a free, worldwide licence to host, display, resize, index and share your listing (including on both BrazilKeys sites, in search results and on social media) while it is published, and to keep a copy afterwards as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm you own the photos and text or have written permission, the information is true, and you are the owner or are authorised in writing to sell the property.

4. What is not allowed

Listing a property you have no right to sell; copying another listing's photos or text; hiding the price; rentals; the same property listed more than once; false title status; scams, deposits before a visit, off-platform pressure; harvesting contact details; automated scraping; anything illegal. 5. Moderation

Every listing is reviewed automatically before publication and may be held, rejected or removed, and accounts may be banned, without notice, when the rules are broken. Readers can report listings. To contest a decision write to legal@brazilkeys.com; a person reviews it within 5 business days.

6. No warranty

Listings are written by their sellers. BrazilKeys does not verify titles, debts, measurements, condition or identity. Before paying anything, check the registered title (matrícula), the seller's identity, condo and tax debts, and the property itself, preferably with a lawyer. The service is provided "as is"; we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, BrazilKeys is not liable for any loss arising from a listing, a contact made through the site, or a transaction between users. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to R$ 1,000.

8. Intellectual property

The site's design, text and code belong to BrazilKeys. Third-party photos in the guide are credited on the page that shows them. Zillow, Google, YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, ZAP, VivaReal, OLX and other product names are trademarks of their owners; BrazilKeys is independent and not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them.

9. Copyright complaints

If content here infringes your copyright, email legal@brazilkeys.com with the URL, the work, proof of ownership and your contact details. We respond within 5 business days and remove infringing content.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Consumers may bring claims in the courts of their own domicile under the Consumer Defense Code; other disputes go to the courts of Salvador, Bahia.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use is acceptance.
